EBONYI GOVERNOR CONFIRMS SECOND CASE OF CORONAVIRUS IN THE STATE: Otu Obiahu, AJM NEWS Wednesday 29/04/2020 The Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. Dave Umahi today confirmed another case of the dreaded Coronavirus in the state, making it two cases in less than one week. According to Governor Umahi, this second COVID-19 patient is a 27-year old man who resides and does business in Asaba, Delta State; but was intercepted while returning to Ebonyi with his wife and their caregiver at Ishieke, Abakaliki by a team of police men who later brought them to the State Covid-19 holding centre at Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium, Abakaliki where they were scheduled for screening. The three were later tested at the State COVID-19 Testing Center, unfortunately the man tested positive.
