🆘EX – COMMISSIONER TRIES TO GENERATE CRISES IN HIS VILLAGE IN EBONYI STATE: (Written And Sent To Afikpo Jokwa Media By Surveyor Titus Obila) A former Commissioner for Border Peace and Conflict Resolution Ebonyi State, Chief Donatus Ezeogo Aja, propelled by rage and acrimony , has ordered the construction of an illegal structure on an existing road in his village Amankwo Nkpoghoro, Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State; thus blocking the road and denying people access to their homes, especially that of Surveyor Titus Obila whom he wanted to oppress, suppress and intimidate for differing in opinion with him. It was gathered that Town Planning Authority, Afikpo North L.G.A. issued him a 'Stop Work' order on 5th February, 2020 but he refused to obey the order of the Planning Authority.
